The chief coach of "Arsenal" Arsen Wenger has declared that England doesn't have "The Big Four" and every club can spend good money on transfers.

Wenger: Britain doesn't have "The Big Four" any more

"let us return to the beginning of the season. All waited that the champion will become "Chelsea" and the second place will be taken by "Manchester City". "Leicester" was struggling for the survival by opinions of any experts. But it is possible that such phenomena as "Leicester" can happen again.

"The Big Four" doesn't exist any more as all clubs of EPL can spend their money. "West Ham", "Tottenham". Every club can impress England. And do not forget that "Leicester" is not a poor club. And still they achieved the result with spending less resources becoming the best European club in terms of "price-quality". They deserve respect", -FourFourTwo is quoting Wenger.
