The head coach of Manchester United Jose Mourinho has shared his thoughts about his progress.
"Mourinho-man is trying to be the antipode to Mourinho-coach. He is trying to be calm and reserved. To find the way how to tune out. I can come home and don’t watch football matches and even don’t think about football. Now I can do this but at the very beginning of my career I didn’t succeed. I was 24 hours in touch. I had to grow up. Now I am good. I am mature and calm. Today victory for me is not a moonflight and loss is not falling into hell.
I think that now I can share my calmness with those who are working with me – my football players. I have the same ambitions as I had earlier. The same attitude and professionalism. But have better emotions management”, - told Mourinho in his interview to France Football.
