IFAB can shorten playing time in football matches up to 60 minutes

The International Football Association Board (IFAB) considers potential changes in football rules.

According to the Telegraph, the radical innovation can be introduced - each time can last 30 minutes, but pauses while off side, won’t be considered. Thus, teams won't be able to expend time, and a game has to be more dynamic.

Also players are allowed to dribble the ball from free-kicks and corners.
