IFAB can shorten playing time in football matches up to 60 minutes

According
to the Telegraph, the radical innovation can be introduced – each
time can last 30 minutes, but pauses while off side, won’t be
considered. Thus, teams won’t be able to expend time, and a game has
to be more dynamic.


Also
players are allowed to dribble the ball from free-kicks and corners.
