Initially the match had to take place on December 30th, however it has been postponed on January 24th because of strong fog. For fans of Brighton the situation was complicated by the fact that the walkout of the workers of the railway is planned for this date.
In these circumstances Sky Bet stepped into the breach and it will pay for 12 buses for fans, as Sbcnews reports.
“When we have seen that the new date of the match is the day of walkout, and we have decided to help the fans of Brighton. We would also help Cardiff, it is fair. I hope that the game will meet expectations of all fans” — Sky Bet sponsorship manager David Tweed has declared.
At the moment Brighton takes the 2nd line in standings of the Championship, having gathered 54 points. Cardiff with 30 points is on the 18th line.
