The American tennis player is disqualified for 10 years

Tennis
Integrity Unit organization (which aim is to fight against corruption
in tennis) has defined that the 30-year-old tennis player colluded
with the third parties to provide necessary result in a match with
“challenger” in Champaign, state of Illinois, in November,
2015, as Inside the Games informs.

This
match was under suspicion, in particular, because of unusual betting
activity and the bets that were accepted by bookmakers in a number of
countries.

Kryvonos
wasn’t able to provide the investigation necessary documents and,
thus, he refused to cooperate with investigators from TIU. In this
regard the sportsman was suspended from tennis on the 30th
of November, 2015 till the time investigation is completed.

Disqualification
deadline expires on the 29th
of November, 2025.

It
should be noted that the 389th position in 2007 was the highest line
of the tennis player in the ATP ranking.

Earlier
Japanese tennis player Yuna Micuhasi was disqualified for life and
fined with $50 000 for organization of fixed matches in 2015.
